The DC Arts Center is a small arts non-profit at a defining moment in our history — a time of change, growth, and expansion.

We're looking for more than someone to simply join our team. We're looking for someone to join our cause — someone excited by, and committed to, the hard work required in defining and sustaining a world-class arts institution. We’re looking for individuals ready to build our next chapter.

YOU’LL NEVER GET BORED

Every day is different at The DC Arts Center. As part of a small team in an environment similar to that of a start-up, you’ll be expected to challenge yourself and others to build world-class programs and execute stakeholder-first processes. We’ve got big dreams and big expectations.

WE OFFER GREAT BENEFITS AND FLEXIBILITY

Unlimited paid time off and a flexible leave policy are just the beginning. We also support a hybrid work environment that includes a combination of both work-from-home and in-office reporting. We also offer all employees medical, dental, and vision benefits regardless of full-time or part-time status. We’ll even cover 100% of your premium costs for full-time employees and 50% for part-time employees. Oh! We also cover your annual membership to One Medical, which makes it easy to get primary care with 24/7 on-demand virtual care and the ability to book same/next-day appointments, all from their mobile app. We also offer an annual travel reimbursement and a free yearly membership to The DC Arts Center.
