“Participation in the ADMO Art Walk was meaningful in building community with other artists, and in getting exposure and support for my artwork. It also allowed me to connect to local DC businesses and feel a part of the Adams Morgan neighborhood and community. Painting is a solitary endeavor, so these connections had a great effect on me, personally and artistically.”
